3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
3.2 Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any delivery delays outside our control.
3.3 Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the buyer upon delivery.
3.4 We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. 

4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 We accept returns of unworn and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
4.2 Customers must notify us before returning any products. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4.3 Returns must be in original packaging with all labels intact.
4.4 Refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees.
4.5 Custom-made or personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.
4.6 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 Our PPE footwear is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
5.2 Normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
